How Munyal handles your information.
Plain English, and only what is true of how this site actually works. I am Tyson Kaye, and I run Munyal personally, so your details reach me directly.
What I collect
The site collects personal information only when you choose to send it through the enquiry form. That is your name, business name, email address, phone number and your message. If you send an estimate from the calculator, the assumptions you entered are included so I can review them with you.
I do not ask for, or want, any more than that. There is no account to create and no login.
Where it goes
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are delivered to me so I can reply. Depending on how the site is configured at the time, that happens either through a secure delivery service or my email provider. If neither is available, the form opens a prefilled message in your own email app that you choose to send yourself. Either way, the destination is a single inbox: tyson@munyal.com.au.
To run the response systems I build, I use third-party providers for things like messaging, email and calendars. Where a provider is involved in handling your information, it is used only to deliver the service and is bound by its own terms. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for advertising.
The calculator
The revenue-exposure calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent anywhere unless you choose to email the estimate to me. Nothing is submitted just by using it.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not build a profile of you and does not use advertising cookies. I do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, to provide the service. If you would like your information removed, ask and I will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email tyson@munyal.com.au and I will handle it personally. I aim to treat your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
