    Munyal provides businesses with software tools, infrastructure, and automation services, including but not limited to AI voice receptionists, missed-call text-back systems, conversion-optimised websites, and Google Trust Engine tools. We continuously evolve our offerings and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice to you.

    3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

    You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for:

    • The knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the services.
    • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and passwords.
    • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
    • Ensuring that your use of our communication tools (SMS, Voice, Email) complies with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, and anti-spam laws (e.g., the Spam Act 2003 in Australia).

    4. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

    Our services are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a Munyal service, you agree to the following payment terms:

    • You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information.
    • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
    • We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any price changes.
    • No lock-in contracts apply unless explicitly stated in your specific, customized service agreement.
    • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

    The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of Munyal and its licensors.     • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

    Our total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
